Requirements
2-5+ years of experience working within the investment industry in a client facing capacity (i.e.
external wholesaler, internal wholesaler, relationship manager, product specialist), asset management or ETF sales experience is highly preferred, structured investments experience a plus
Able to sell and provide support across multiple m+ ETF strategies
Experience covering RIA aggregators, larger RIAs, and independent broker-dealers and strong relationships with these client segments is preferred
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $125,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Responsibilities
iCapital is looking to hire an Associate or Assistant Vice President to join the Structured Investments m+ ETF Distribution team to focus on sales in the Western region.
This high-performing leader will oversee all aspects of selling the ETF strategies to financial professionals, primarily in the RIA and IBD space.
This role will report to the m+ funds Division Leader and will work on a team of professionals who are making an impact at iCapital.
This individual is strategic, entrepreneurial, hands-on, and able to manage multiple clients, while developing new relationships.
Leverage a consultative sales process to acquire new relationships, expand existing client relationships, and service existing clients.
Work with other Sales teams within iCapital to expand the reach of m+ ETFs within the iCapital ecosystem.
