COMMODITY EXPORT TRANSLOADING PLANT MANAGER

Education: An associate’s degree or completion of a vocational/technical certification or licensure program in a related field is typically expected.

Experience: Candidates must have at least 5 years of directly related experience in bulk commodity handling.

Valid forklift and loader licenses and operational experience are also necessary.

Computer & Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications and spreadsheets is required, with a preference for MS Office experience.

Work Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed.

Lead, train, and supervise all plant personnel to ensure optimal performance and teamwork.

Demonstrate thorough knowledge of plant operations and equipment functionality.

Coordinate inbound scheduling with suppliers and the corporate team to maintain efficient workflow.

Oversee shipping, transportation, and the quality of inbound and outbound materials to meet company standards.

Supervise all plant employees, including maintenance staff, to ensure operational effectiveness.

Schedule and assist with plant maintenance as needed, supporting a proactive approach to equipment care.
