Staff Software Engineer - C#

2 to 5 years of professional experience designing and developing software applications using Microsoft technologies.

Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and Cosmos DB, with experience building data-driven applications.

Experience developing modern web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript, Angular, HTML, and CSS, along with a solid understanding of object-oriented design principles.

Understanding of RESTful APIs, application integration patterns, source control systems such as Git, and continuous integration practices.

Experience building or supporting cloud-based solutions within Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, secure, maintainable software that meets established engineering standards and operational requirements.

Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performing software solutions that deliver business value and exceptional customer experiences.

Partner closely with product management, user experience designers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

Contribute to technical design discussions, provide recommendations for application improvements, and help drive innovation across products and processes.

Build and integrate modern web applications and services while ensuring code quality, reliability, accessibility, and compliance with web standards.

Support production applications by troubleshooting issues, resolving defects, and continuously improving performance, security, and maintainability.

Stay current with evolving technologies, cloud platforms, and AI-assisted development capabilities to enhance team effectiveness and product outcomes.
