Responsibilities

As the Finance Manager, Commissions, you will be crucial in driving our company's success by ensuring accurate and effective commission structures and payouts for our sales and revenue teams.

You will join our dynamic finance team and collaborate with senior leadership across various departments.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Finance Manager, Commissions will be key members of the Finance team, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our commission structures.

Assists in designing and modeling commission and sales incentive plans.

Partner with sales management to provide cost-impact solutions and/or opportunities related to commission/incentive designs.

Ensure commission and sales incentive payments have been properly processed.
