Strong planning and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and provide leadership and guidance to
both Navia and customer resources
Compensation & Benefits
Audit the technical setup of customer information in Navia applications prior to the
clients go-live date
Ensure all related emails are sent to the client in a timely manner and saved in the
appropriate location
Ensure all related documents and files are received from the client and follow up weekly until received prior to the go-live date
Ensure all tracking is up to date in Salesforce on a daily basis
Responsibilities
The Integration & Implementation Specialist will play a dual role in integration efforts for new acquisitions and onboarding new customers. They will ensure integration projects are executed according to established timelines and procedures laid out in the integration plan and/or implementation process. The position will support and engage employees/employers/clients accordingly to complete the project.
