Requirements
Undergraduate Degree required in clinical, science, health informatics or related field; Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field is preferred
Minimum 6 -10 years Healthcare Project and Management experience
Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering large, complex projects in a clinical environment with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to integrate both project and change management methodologies effectively
Ability to communicate effectively with clinical teams and senior management from both internal and external healthcare organizations, and other project participants
Excellent ability to anticipate and analyze risks and issues, explore alternatives, develop appropriate recommendations with project team, subject matter experts and present approach to senior leadership
