Responsibilities
As the Stewardship Coordinator, you will play a key role on the WSU Cougar Athletic Fund team, helping enhance the donor experience through recognition, communications, reporting, and other stewardship services.
In this position, you will manage customized donor acknowledgement letters and emails, lead special projects focused on donor stewardship and engagement, support events and hospitality activities, and help ensure compliance standards related to gift acceptance and use are met.
Your attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service will contribute directly to the success of donor relations initiatives.
You will work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain highly segmented data and ensure it is used accurately to support stewardship and marketing implementation.
You will also have the opportunity to recommend and develop new stewardship approaches while assisting with the creation and delivery of member benefits that strengthen donor engagement.
Additionally, you will assist with the development and implementation of mass communications across multiple platforms.
