Provide strategic guidance on employee relations matters and ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Support the resolution of escalated issues and serve as a sounding board to HRBPs.
Lead the design and execution of performance management strategies that support leadership accountability, employee growth, and business results.
