Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise applications (CRM/Case Management platforms strongly preferred) required
Demonstrated experience translating complex stakeholder needs into clear requirements (user stories, process maps, functional specs, acceptance criteria) required
Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce capabilities (objects/data model, security concepts, reporting, and automation such as Flows), with the ability to work effectively alongside Admins/Developers required
Strong facilitation and communication skills, including running working sessions with research stakeholders and documenting outcomes required
Experience supporting testing activities (UAT planning, test scripts, defect triage) and enabling successful releases required
