Compensation & Benefits

The salary range listed for this role is $124k-$176k/year ($60-$85/hour). The final salary offered will be based on multiple factors and thoughtfully aligned with each candidate’s level of experience, breadth of skills, total education achieved, certifications/licenses that have been obtained, geographic location, etc.

Responsibilities

at various levels to support large, heavy-civil infrastructure programs—including highways, roads, bridges, transit (including rail and bus), and airport projects delivered through both traditional and alternative methods.

You will provide technical and managerial leadership and be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion, managing resources, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

Provide project leadership through all stages of design, procurement, construction, and closeout.

Collaborate with program and project controls staff to develop and track cost forecasts, schedules, and earned value metrics.

Coordinate effectively with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and third-party stakeholders to keep projects aligned and on track.

Prepare and deliver clear reporting materials, including status updates, risk logs, and resource forecasts.
