Responsibilities
LinkedIn’s Consumer Experience team is responsible for the core feed experience—the front door to LinkedIn—for over 1 billion members.
We own both the architecture of the feed and the content ecosystem that powers it—including video, news, conversations, and more.
Our work shapes how members discover, connect, and engage within LinkedIn.
As a Staff Product Designer on the Feed team, you will play a critical role in defining the long-term evolution of LinkedIn’s Feed experience.
You’ll lead design for high-impact, ambiguous problem spaces, raise the bar on craft and systems thinking, and help modernize a core product surface that touches every member, every day.
This role is ideal for a designer who thrives at scale—someone who can balance vision and execution, influence across teams, and bring bold, strategic design thinking to a historically mature but evolving product area.
About the Company
At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
