Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining Scheduling Unit Data base.
Provide required reports to Management.
Work with stakeholders to obtain required information to complete reviews and reach settlements with the Contractor.
Manage payments for all Consultants and manage the close out of Consultant Contracts.
Make recommendations involving feasible alternative designs considering construction costs, estimated cost of maintenance, sustainability, energy use, life expectancy and replacement costs.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative performance reviews of professional and technical consultants.
