Regional Physical Security Lead (SoCal)

5-7 years of progressive experience in physical security management, with a significant portion focused on regional oversight and guard force management.

Demonstrated experience managing physical security operations across multiple sites within a specific geographic region.

Proven track record in conducting comprehensive physical security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing actionable mitigation plans.

Experience managing security budgets and overseeing the performance of contracted security services, including a strong understanding of SLAs and KPIs.

In-depth knowledge of physical security principles, technologies (e.g., access control, CCTV, intrusion detection), and best practices.

Strong understanding of crisis management principles and experience providing physical security support during incidents.

SoCal Regional Physical Security Lead

This critical role will be responsible for the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of all physical security operations across Anduril's facilities within the Southern California region.

You will be the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for physical security, including the comprehensive oversight of our contracted guard forces, conducting rigorous physical security assessments, and ensuring robust physical security measures are in place to protect our personnel, assets, and sensitive operations.
