Pharmacy Technician - Refill Call Coordinator

Responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and compliant preparation and distribution of medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Provides high-quality, patient-centered technical support services to ensure accurate medication preparation, packaging, and inventory control.

In collaboration with pharmacists and other pharmacy technicians, assist in maintaining regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and service excellence across assigned practice areas.

Maintains active registration as a Pharmacy Technician Trainee or Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy and fulfills all continuing education and competency requirements necessary to maintain registration throughout employment.

Demonstrates professional conduct aligned with hospital and departmental mission, vision, and values.

This position functions to support all aspects of the Outpatient Specialty Call Center.
