Regional Manager, Maintenance

5–7 years of experience leading maintenance operations across multiple buildings.

Proven success leading teams, including managers (strongly preferred).

Strong leadership rooted in servant leadership principles.

Financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiation skills.

You bring both strategic insight and hands-on expertise, and you are passionate about improving the environments where seniors live and thrive.
