Requirements
15+ years of experience in Global Account Management or Sales Leadership within the semiconductor or networking industry.
5+ years of experience in Hyperscale/Data Center sales with a deep technical understanding of Ethernet switching and Coherent Optical Interconnect technologies.
Proven history of meeting/exceeding multi-million dollar quotas with year-over-year growth in complex, global accounts.
Compensation & Benefits
The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is
$193,800 - $310,000
OTE includes Sales Incentive Commission in accordance with relevant plan documents. This position is also eligible for equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.

Responsibilities
The Nokia Global Account Manager’s responsibility will be to drive the overall sales revenue worldwide, while increasing Broadcom’s strategic value for specific Telco products and solutions.
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy for Nokia Network Infrastructure (NI) to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Executive Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain C-suite and high-level executive relationships across Nokia’s global organization.
