Requirements

8–10 years of experience in brand/demand marketing with a proven track record of developing strategies and overseeing complex workstreams.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Thorough understanding of the advertising industry, particularly within MERGE's key verticals: Health Plans, Health Providers, Specialty Healthcare, Lifestyle, and Financial Services.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with an engaging and trusted presence.

Demonstrated effectiveness in ensuring quality content creation and working with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Brand and Campaign Strategy

Integrated Marketing: Lead and support both brand and demand initiatives for MERGE marketing.

Health Focus: Oversee the execution of performance marketing campaigns to promote MERGE’s brand, offerings, and partnerships specifically within the Health vertical.

Strategic Planning: Partner with the CMO and brand marketing teams to develop and execute the strategic plan for brand growth, defining target markets to bring the brand story to life.

Demand Generation: Collaborate with sales, campaign managers, and business development teams to deliver comprehensive demand generation plans for the Health division.
