Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Full Stack Software Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality, high-scale web and desktop-native applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
You will take end-to-end ownership of significant features, driving architectural decisions, tackling complex technical hurdles, and ensuring high code quality.
You will proactively collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional partners to advocate for technical initiatives that improve team efficiency, system stability, and long-term maintainability.
Design, develop, and deploy high-quality features across Dialpad's web and desktop-native applications.
Write clean, modular, and maintainable code using best practices along with unit & integration tests.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
