Epic Analyst – Ambulatory

As part of the selection process, candidates will be required to complete the Epic Sphinx Assessment. Assessment results will be considered alongside relevant experience, interview performance, and organizational needs as part of a holistic evaluation process.

We're seeking Epic Analysts – Ambulatory to join our Information Technology team and help optimize Epic applications that support providers, clinical staff, and patients across our outpatient practices.

Epic Analysts partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to analyze workflows, configure Epic applications, implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and support system optimization.

This role plays a key part in ensuring MaineGeneral Health's Epic environment supports efficient, high-quality ambulatory care.

Analyze business and clinical workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.

Configure, build, test, and implement Epic application enhancements.
