Compensation & Benefits

We are seeking a detail-oriented Total Rewards Manager to manage all aspects of benefits administration, leave administration, compensation analysis, and bonus program administration. This role will play a key part in ensuring competitive, compliant, and well-communicated total rewards offerings that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Collaborate with People, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure seamless execution of rewards programs.

Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex topics clearly to employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement plans, wellness programs, and leave policies.

Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and vendors regarding benefits questions, enrollments, and issue resolution.

Act as point of contact for employee leaves

Conduct regular compensation analyses, including market benchmarking, internal pay equity reviews, and salary and job structure maintenance.
