Industrial Engineer

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.

5+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or logistics; direct QA leadership preferred.

Experience driving process improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Strong understanding of quality systems, standards, and certifications (R2, ISO, etc.).

Experience implementing automation solutions.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.

Lead and inspire the QA team to deliver exceptional product and process quality through testing, auditing, and continuous improvement.

Design, refine, and implement production and repair processes that increase efficiency and consistency across our operations.

Maintain compliance with R2, ISO, and other global quality and environmental standards.

Use data analytics, process metrics and ad hoc reports to spot trends, identify root causes, and drive data-informed decisions.

Champion lean manufacturing and Six Sigma best practices that improve workflow and eliminate waste.

Partner with cross-functional teams to support new business models, process innovations, and vendor collaborations.
