$64,000 – $78,000 annually.

Responsibilities
Join a premier boutique outpatient clinic in San Rafael that is redefining the standard of care through a dedicated one-on-one, cash-based model.
In this role, you will escape the high-volume "mill" environment and instead focus on 60-minute sessions with no double-booking, allowing you the time and clinical autonomy to truly impact patient outcomes.
As an integral part of our clinical team, you will implement evidence-based treatment plans for diverse orthopedic conditions while transitioning into a specialized pelvic health caseload through our structured, paid training program.
You will work closely with our lead Physical Therapists to provide compassionate care to both male and female pelvic health patients, educating them on movement strategies and long-term recovery.
