Responsibilities

The McWane corporate office is seeking highly organized leader to help move the company forward. The Director of IT operations is a senior-level position that oversees the global helpdesk, application development, corporate office support, budget, service now, Change Management, mergers and acquisitions, and cloud governance.

Essential Functions:

Reposible for managing the global helpdesk through expanded use of ServiceNow creating metrics and deliverables to constantly improve on customer experience.

Negotiating with vendors and contractors to procure and maintain IT equipment and services.

Budget management of all aspects of the corporate IT department including forecasting, tracking and reporting.

Manage global application development projects, vendors, and remote employees.
