Develop and maintain trusted customer relationships

Effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders

Perform tasks as an individual contributor to support the team as needed

Management of the Scrum schedule including resourcing, planning of deliverables, and setting of milestones

Report Sprint status on a regular basis to management, project teams and customers through internal and external status reports

Facilitate all aspects of the Scrum framework, including sprint planning sessions, daily scrums, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives

Maintain the Scrum team capacity plan, Scrum board, sprint backlog and other useful scrum tools as needed
