Senior Director, Data Product Management

10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role managing product managers and delivering data products or data platforms at scale

Demonstrated experience leading large, strategic, enterprise-wide data democratization initiatives with executive visibility and cross-functional complexity

Deep understanding of modern data ecosystems, including data pipelines, lakehouse and medallion architectures, analytics platforms, and data governance frameworks

Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to translate complex technical strategies into compelling narratives for C-suite audiences

Proven ability to define and execute a vision for trusted, governed data assets and scalable self-serve data capabilities

Experience building and scaling self-serve analytics and data enablement programs

Own and communicate a compelling, multi-year product vision and strategy for MongoDB's internal data products, anchored in the goal of building a Data-Driven Enterprise with trusted golden data and strong self-serve capabilities

Serve as a thought partner and key point of contact for C-suite and executive stakeholders, translating enterprise data strategy into a clear, prioritized product roadmap

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, fostering a high-performance culture of ownership, curiosity, and impact

Champion the development of canonical, single-source-of-truth golden data assets that serve as the single source of truth for Customer, Product, People and Finance data, breaking down siloes and cultivating a common language across metrics business-wide

Drive the build-out of self-serve data capabilities that empower business users to access, explore, and act on trusted data with minimal friction

Partner with leadership across the company to identify and prioritize the highest-value opportunities where data products can improve decision-making, automate workflows, and accelerate growth
