As the Director of Software engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and execution of high-quality software products.

This role requires aligning technology strategies with the broader company mission while leading and mentoring engineering leaders.

The Director ensures that engineering teams operate with high performance, security, stability, and availability, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Lead the development of technology strategies and roadmaps, collaborating with product, design, and architecture peers

Define objectives, key results, and performance indicators to align engineering teams with company goals

Ensure the security, stability, and availability of systems built by the teams
