Director, Facilities Management

7+ years in a leadership role managing multi-site facilities operations.

Experience supporting retail environments required.

Experience supporting international locations or global portfolios preferred.

Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.

Experience managing preventative maintenance programs and CMMS platforms.

Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.

The Director of Facilities Management is responsible for leading the strategic planning, operational execution, and continuous improvement of facilities management across the company’s global portfolio, including retail stores, headquarters offices, and distribution centers.

This role ensures that all physical environments are safe, functional, efficient, and aligned with the company’s brand and operational standards.

What you'll get to do:

Develop and execute a global facilities management strategy supporting retail stores, headquarters, and distribution operations.

Build scalable programs and organizational structures to support rapid retail and international growth.

Partner cross-functional with Real Estate/Design/Construction, Facilities & Security Operations, Asset Protection, Health & Safety, Tech, and Retail Operations.
