Requirements
Minimum of 4+ years in sourcing or recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for complex manufacturing, production, or hardware engineering roles within high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similarly complex hardware industries.
Proficient in using data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and make informed decisions about strategy.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
Proven experience in manufacturing or hardware engineering sourcing within startups, defense, aerospace, automotive, complex hardware, or high-tech industries.
Manufacturing & Engineering Acumen:
Strong understanding of hardware manufacturing processes and production methodologies
Responsibilities
Manufacturing and Production Engineering Operations
In this role, you will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent across various hardware manufacturing, assembly, and related engineering disciplines to support our fast-paced, innovative environment.
You will partner closely with fellow sourcers and recruiters to build pipelines for key production, integration, and manufacturing engineering roles, helping to scale our ability to build and deliver advanced defense technology.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and industry networks to uncover passive and active candidates with expertise in areas such as:
Electro-Mechanical Assembly, Integration (Structural/Electro-Mechanical/Electrical), Avionics, Wire Harnessing, and Mechanical Assembly.
Electrical/Electronics Manufacturing (e.g., PCBA assembly, test, and rework).
