Requirements

Experience with Yocto/OpenEmbedded, buildroot, or similar Linux packaging technologies

Experience developing Linux device drivers for Ethernet, GPU, PCIE or flash devices like UFS, eMMC, OSPI

Bootloader experience, including but not limited to U-Boot or UEFI.

Experience with Secure Boot, DMVerity, FSCrypt, and other production-security technologies

Strong experience developing embedded applications and systems using C++

Track record of technical leadership in automotive or related fields taking products to production

Responsibilities

Produce, test, and maintain Board Support Packages for a variety of platforms

Develop a custom bootchain for the platform

Develop and maintain the custom Linux OS running on our ADAS platforms

Implement secure boot mechanisms

Implement recovery boot workflows

Manage CVEs throughout the lifecycle of the platform

The Onboard Platform - High Level OS team is an embedded software team which is responsible for managing OS bring-up and maintenance including but not limited to bootloader, kernel/device tree, rootfs, runtime configs, firmware/secure-world interfaces, and secure boot for onboard/secondary systems.
