Requirements

Responsibilities
Assist in and contribute to the design, development, maintenance, and implementation of the QTS business continuity framework, business impact analyses, recovery strategy development, contingency planning, and business continuity awareness.
Develop an understanding of business operations, processes, and strategies that require business continuity capabilities.
Assist with the development, maintenance, and testing of business continuity plans, customer-facing communications, and emergency preparedness materials.
Work closely with all Lines of Business (LOBs) to coordinate business continuity activities, and provide guidance to users on plan development, detail, testing, and execution.
Maintain program processes and practices that effectively ensure the enterprise program seeks continuous improvement, remains current, incorporates/aligns with industry standards and practices as appropriate, and adequately covers general regulatory/audit requirements
Collect and analyze data to build plans and processes that support current requirements and scale with projected growth.
