Requirements

8 years of A-to-Z defined contribution retirement plan administration experience within a TPA environment.

Experience administering defined contribution/defined benefit (DC/DB) combination plans.

Experience with retirement plan administration platforms such as PensionPro, ASC, Relius, FT Williams, Datair, or similar systems.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated pay range for this position is

$90,000-$120,000

annually.

Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Responsibilities

Team Lead, Administrative Services

to lead a team of retirement plan administrators while maintaining oversight of qualified retirement plan administration and compliance.

The Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of team deliverables, supporting complex client needs, driving process improvements, and serving as a technical resource for both clients and internal team members.

The ideal candidate has extensive A-to-Z defined contribution plan administration experience within a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) environment, enjoys mentoring others, and thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

As a Team Lead, Administrative Services, you'll play a critical role in developing retirement plan professionals while ensuring exceptional service for our clients.
