Responsibilities
Preparing event spaces by moving, arranging and setting up furniture according to event specifications and client expectations
Transporting event set up materials, decor and supplies through the venue using carts, dollies or other moving equipment
Setting up tables, chairs, staging, and event equipment based on the number of guests and event layout plans
Assisting with AV equipment set up, power cords, and basic lighting elements under direction
Maintaining cleanliness in event areas, back of house spaces, before, during and after events
Tearing down event spaces efficiently after the event concludes, including removing decor, furniture and equipment
