Oversee the Publishing Administration onboarding process for clients and field inquiries related to song registrations, licensing opportunities and publishing accounting statements

Facilitate demos with clients of The Orchard’s Publishing Service tech solutions

Ingest new client catalogs into Orchard databases

Execute quality assurance processes with respect to song metadata delivered by clients

Work closely with our client teams and the Sony Music Publishing affiliate offices to facilitate and track communication regarding catalog registration and client development and creative initiatives

The Orchard has an immediate opening for a full-time Coordinator, Publishing Services. This New York based position will report to the Associate Director and will play an integral role in executing all initiatives related to The Orchard’s Publishing service. The Coordinator will function as the day-to-day resource for an assigned portion of the client base and will be the primary support to their publishing business. You will work closely with independent labels from the client onboarding stage, including demoing the Orchard’s Publishing technology systems, to the registration of songs at publishing sources and payees worldwide, including responding to ad-hoc client inquiries.
