You operate with integrity, communicate with ease, and drive outcomes through meaningful relationships and sound judgment.

8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, warehouse, or operational environments

Proven success influencing and partnering with mid-level leaders and hourly workforce to drive engagement, performance, and retention

Strong employee relations and investigation experience, with the ability to navigate sensitive situations with fairness, confidentiality, and sound judgment

Ability to use data, trends, and workforce metrics to guide decisions and present insights to leadership

Responsibilities

As the Sr HR Business Partner - Operations, you’ll be the on-site HR leader supporting a fast-paced warehouse environment — visible on the floor, building trust with teams, and serving as a day-to-day partner to both employees and leadership. You’ll guide performance conversations, coach managers, and navigate employee relations with a balanced, solutions-focused approach. You’ll drive engagement initiatives, support change management efforts, and ensure policies and practices are applied consistently and compliantly. Using data and insight, you’ll help leaders make informed decisions that improve culture, strengthen team performance, and create a safe, positive workplace where people feel supported and heard.
