Facilities Coordinator (Contractor)

3+ years of experience in facilities coordination, lab operations, or a related role.

Prior experience in a lab-based environment is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, including international logistics.

Working knowledge of lab infrastructure (e.g., gases, vacuum, cold storage) preferred.

Experience with EH&S practices and basic operational systems/tools is a plus.

Shipping, Receiving, and Logistics

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; resolve discrepancies and ensure timely delivery to end users.
