Requirements
Here's what we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, HR, or a related field.
15+ years of experience leading Engineering teams in developing innovative technical solutions.
10+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skills. Able to establish effective working relationships with various levels in the organization and has the influence to drive team players to action and commitment.
Strong understanding of modern engineering practices and methodologies, such as Agile, DevOps, or Lean, with experience implementing these practices.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into business-friendly language for various levels of the organization.

The Opportunity:
We, at Flywire, are looking for an experienced
Director
ideally with a background in FinTech. Primarily you will oversee and drive the engineering strategy for our Sales organization, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives. This leader will be responsible for leading the engineering team, driving strategy, fostering innovation, and ensuring that engineering initiatives contribute to the company's growth and success. The role demands a deep understanding of engineering principles, business acumen, and the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of engineering professionals.
Acting as a bridge between technical team and stakeholders, this role ensures that our GTM systems are seamlessly integrated, secure, and aligned with evolving business needs. You will be partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to provide technical expertise, and lead system enhancements, The ideal candidate has broad and deep technical knowledge of Salesforce, including AgentForce.
