Working closely with the Sr.
This is an opportunity to contribute to a global team, helping us maintain competitive programs that support our mission to serve restaurants so they can serve the world.
Support the semi-annual compensation cycles by managing data analysis and troubleshooting technical issues with the HRIS systems team.
Partner with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to provide data-driven recommendations that support hiring, internal movement, and strategy alignment.
Develop a deep understanding of the OpenTable organizational structure and business to inform accurate, rigorous market pricing and benchmarking.
Ensure reporting accuracy and compliance for global stakeholders by managing compensation and equity reporting workstreams with our holding company.
