Typically, 8+ years of experience in compensation, with significant focus on executive compensation.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; CCP or advanced degree preferred.
Significant experience in executive compensation or total rewards.
Strong analytical, modeling, and executive-level communication skills.
Experience supporting both private and public companies.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $120,000.00 - $145,000.00

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
Design, implement, and manage executive compensation programs, including base pay, annual incentives, equity vehicles, and LTIPs.
Design and administer the Short-Term Incentive (STI) plan for all employee levels across the company.
Conduct executive compensation benchmarking using survey data, proxy analysis, and market intelligence.
Evaluate market alignment, performance outcomes, dilution impact, and governance considerations.
Support equity program design, strategy, and related governance practices.
