Base salary of $100,000-$125,000, based on experience, plus commission
Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic, high-impact sales leader to drive profitable revenue growth across our Southland Region.
This role is responsible for leading sales strategy, execution, and team performance across six established brands: Industrial Electric Service, 3Wire Commercial Service, NorthSound Refrigeration, Hitech Commercial Service, P&D Appliance, and Commercial Appliance Service.
The right leader will unify diverse teams, align go-to-market strategies, and build a high-performance sales culture while respecting the identity, strengths, and\u00A0customer relationships of each brand.
Success requires a balance of relationship-building, accountability, operational discipline, and strong business acumen.
This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow a regional sales organization while making a direct and meaningful impact on the business.
