Requirements

Required Qualifications

3+ years of Human Resources experience.

3+ years of Workday HCM experience with a strong Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation focus.

Experience supporting large annual merit and bonus cycles.

Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

This role partners closely with HR leadership and the Workday HCM Administrator to maintain data accuracy, ensure accurate compensation configuration and compliance, while supporting system enhancements and ongoing operational needs.

Workday HCM Support & Optimization

Provide functional support for Core HCM, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Reporting.

Support testing activities for Workday releases, enhancements, and business process updates.

Troubleshoot issues and implement timely solutions.
