Ensures that reports, logs and videotapes are maintained and reports of observations and recordings of irregular activities are made to the Surveillance Director.

Has strong knowledge of all department procedures and reports to the Surveillance Director any deviations from the Internal Controls or the Indiana Gaming Laws and Rules.

Advises Surveillance Director of Lead Agent’s and Agent’s performance, activities and development.

Keeps Surveillance Director informed of all pertinent information regarding department activities and any deviations or irregularities.

Assists the Surveillance Director with the day-to-day overall operation of the department.

Is capable of performing all duties of Lead Agents and Agents.
