Requirements
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced degrees preferred
Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), FEA software, and thermal/mechanical analysis
Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom requirements
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities
Design mechanical components for semiconductor tools, including chambers, fixtures and thermal systems
Develop and validate mechanical assemblies ensuring compliance with cleanroom and contamination control standards
Perform stress analysis, thermal analysis and vibration studies to ensure reliability and durability
Collaborate with electrical and process engineers to integrate mechanical systems with overall tool design
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in production equipment to minimize downtime
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and industry standards in all mechanical designs
