Responsibilities
The Case Aide collaborates closely with the Case Management team and leadership to support the Home Study and Post-Release Services program. Core responsibilities include accurate data entry, conducting surveys, contacting sponsors and youth as needed, and assisting with follow-up on referrals. Case Aides also help track service outcomes, provide logistical and administrative support, and contribute to the efficient flow of day-to-day operations. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to promote the overall success and effectiveness of the program.

Work closely with the case management team to support case managers and case workers in making referrals for clients.
Assist with creating, filing, closing, and maintaining accurate client records.
Perform accurate and timely data entry into designated databases and case management systems.
