Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $110,000.00 - $135,000.00

Responsibilities
The Engineering Parts Handling Expert is responsible for the global coordination, tracking, and availability of engineering and spare parts across all required locations worldwide.
This role manages a complex portfolio of 4,000+ part numbers and acts as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all engineering parts handling within Scout Motors, ensuring parts readiness to support prototype builds, validation activities, and fleet operations.
