Requirements
Active in scope TS/SCI.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, OR Five (5) years of equivalent experience in system integration.
An active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility based on a Tier 5 background investigation completed within the past five (5) years at time of the proposal submission.
knowledge and capability to integrate JIRA, GitLab, and other IT service management tools, ensuring seamless data synchronization and workflow automation.
proficient in API integrations, system interoperability, and secure authentication protocols.
Strong scripting and automation skills are required to streamline data exchange between platforms.

SOSi is seeking a System Integration Specialist to support mission requirements for a structured approach to further develop, integrate, and sustain a scalable, federated data ecosystem that enhances interoperability, governance, and mission-driven analytics for a DoD customer. The primary objective of the program is to bridge the operational gaps between DoD, IC, interagency, and non-traditional international partners to enable real-time information sharing, dynamic data integration, and mission-tailored analytical capabilities.
Essential Job Duties:
The contractor shall ensure interoperability between JIRA and GitLab by configuring automated workflows for task tracking, reporting, and approvals.
The contractor shall establish authentication integrations with the sponsoring Command’s Microsoft Active Directory (Azure AD) to enforce CAC/PIV-based access controls in accordance with DoD identity management policies.
The contractor shall submit the System Interoperability & Security Integration Report, documenting authentication measures, security compliance, and integration workflows.
