Senior Regional Philanthropy Officer (Hybrid work location)

We are looking for a Senior Regional Philanthropy Officer who will meet fundraising goals and objectives and connect with our donors and to serve our mission.  In this role, you will identify, engage, cultivate, solicit, and steward current and prospective donors in expanding their financial support of the work of the American Red Cross.  This position is part of the

development team to support the work within the South Florida region and will report to the Regional Director of Development.

Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree highly desirable.

Experience

: Minimum 7 years of sales and/or fundraising experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. Proven experience in developing strategies for donor retention growth and recapture and proven success with complex
