Responsibilities
The Sales Lead reports to a Store Manager and is instrumental in the achievement of business goals of sales, and service

As part of our retail team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our customers providing an unforgettable experience—all in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment that allows you to showcase your people skills and develop operational expertise.
You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
