Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify, cultivate, and close new opportunities with financial advisors, RIAs, broker-dealers, recordkeepers, and other retirement plan intermediaries.
Distribution Expansion: Deepen and broaden AUI’s and SPP’s distribution network across Southern California and other strategic markets.
Relationship Management: Build long term partnerships with advisors, recordkeepers, and centers of influence (CPAs, ERISA attorneys, consultants).
Sales Strategy: Execute targeted sales strategies to increase market awareness of AUI/SPP’s TPA services and retirement plan consulting capabilities.
Consultative Selling: Position AUI/SPP as a trusted partner by providing insights on plan design, compliance, and administrative efficiency.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments affecting retirement plans and third-party administration.
