Requirements

8+ years in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid social media.

Proven track record managing multi-market social campaigns at scale.

Hands-on expertise with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other key platforms.

Familiarity with tools like Smartly.io, HubSpot, 4C, Scibids, Google Studio.

Experience building and training high-performing teams.

Strong analytical mindset with a data-first approach to decision-making.

Responsibilities

As part of our Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will partner with teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia to lead high-impact, multi-market social media strategies. This role is for an experienced social media leader who can blend creative thinking, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence.

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end paid and organic social media initiatives, overseeing execution across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, X, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging channels—ensuring campaigns are optimized for performance and aligned with global brand objectives.
