Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Are familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices.

Prior experience with WMS system.

Having SAP experience is preferred.

Supervises all aspects of warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory and sanitation.

Provides guidance, training and direction to warehouse support staff with a focus on development, succession and growth opportunities.

Responsible for timely and accurate systematic transactions, including receipts, shipments, inventory and customer claims.

Supervises overall accuracy throughout the distribution center activities, with emphasis on customer’s expectations; claims, returns and compliance fees.

Ensures proper staffing and shift coverage along with proper shift handoff and collaboration.

Responsible for achieving warehouse related KPIs, including inventory accuracy, on-time shipments, fill rate, order quality and accuracy, product rotation, traceability, warehouse and equipment utilization, warehouse efficiencies and compliance.
